The Lagoon 52 S is the result of a collaboration between French builder Lagoon’s in-house team, architects VPLP and Italy’s Nauta Design. It is designed to mark a new era in cruising catamarans, replacing its predecessor the Lagoon 500. The Lagoon 52 is available in either the FlyBridge or SporTop S version. The Lagoon 52’s interior is contemporary, with luxurious details and adorned in soft colours to highlight the size of the living space. Material colours can be selected by each owner. The Lagoon 52 S is designed to be user-friendly, safe, comfortable, while providing excellent performance – and elegant looking as well. The helm station is uplifted on the portside, so the captain can have optimal visibility why underway. VPLP is known for designing racing yacht, and this experience informed the decision to place the aft further aft, which has multiple advantages including reducing pitch and aiding in a more comfortable sailing experience.
