The 65-foot motor yacht MCY 65 from Monte Carlo Yachts is known as the builder’s mini-megayacht, and it’s easy to see why. With interior and exterior design by famous Italian superyacht designers Nuvolari Lenard, she has all the style, well-thought-out interior layout and excellent exterior living spaces you’d expect on a larger yacht, just in a smaller package. The full-beam master cabin has a study, a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom, making this a true suite for the owner to enjoy. Four more guests are accommodated in a VIP forward, also with an en suite bathroom, and there’s a twin cabin to starboard with an attached bathroom that also opens off the foyer to double as a guest bathroom that can be easily accessed while underway or during a party. There are accommodations for two crew members aft. The well-designed main deck is spacious and can be had in two layouts, either with the galley forward and the living spaces set aft, opening onto the aft deck for one fantastic indoor-outdoor living space when the doors are opened up. Or the galley can be set aft, with a counter facing the aft deck to easily serve up drinks and food to the aft deck for easy dinner service. The flybridge is a true charmer, with a U-shaped settee primed for sunset cocktails and an L-shaped settee alongside the helm to enjoy the passing views.
